Totally Trollwood Musical: Disney’s Newsies, Jr.
(Grades 6–8)

Take your place on stage with the 2026 Totally Trollwood Musical! Students in grades 6–8 will build performance and production skills while staging Disney’s Newsies, Jr. with professional educators and artists. Open to beginning through advanced students. (Auditions happen at the start for role placement—no auditions required to participate.)

📅 Program Dates: July 8–August 6, 2026
📍 Locations: Trollwood Performing Arts School (orientation) + Fargo North High School (rehearsals/performances)

Orientation (required): July 8, 7:00 PM
Trollwood Performing Arts School, 801 50th Ave S, Moorhead, MN
(A student + at least one parent/guardian must attend)

Auditions/Callbacks (for role placement):
July 9–10 • Fargo North High School (times TBD)

🎭 Performances: August 4 & 5 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM

🗓 Registration Opens: January 14, 2026 (after 5:00 PM)
Registration Deadline: May 23 (first come, first served—enroll early!)

💡 Students bring their own lunch/snacks daily.

FMCT Summer Education Programs 2026

June 8–26, 2026
The Hjemkomst Center

Enrollment is now open for Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre’s 2026 summer education programs. These theatre camps offer students opportunities to explore storytelling, performance, and creative collaboration through a variety of themed sessions.

Session Dates:
• June 8–12 (K–2, Grades 3–5)
• June 15–17 (Grades 3–5, Grades 6–9)
• June 22–26 (K–2, Grades 3–5)

A summer musical opportunity for Grades 3–9 will follow, with auditions held June 29–30.

FMCT’s education programs integrate theatre with broader learning—encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration while helping students connect artistic expression with the world around them.
