Discover the art of kinusaiga, a Japanese-inspired technique that creates colorful, textured artwork using fabric instead of paint or thread! Join instructor Kerry Boese of Redbird Art MN for a relaxing, beginner-friendly workshop exploring this unique no-sew art form.
Participants will be guided step-by-step through the creative process, from planning a design to cutting grooves and layering fabric to create a finished piece. No previous experience is necessary, making this a wonderful opportunity to explore a new artistic technique.
All materials are included, and participants will take home their own tool kit to continue creating kinusaiga artwork. Additional kits will also be available for purchase.
