Included:

  • How to prep the loom.

  • Learn a variety of weaving stitches and techniques.

  • How to design with various yarns, fibers, and natural elements.

  • How to remove any (future) art from the loom and finish it off, making it worthy of display.

  • All supplies are provided. You may bring your loom if you have one.

Participants will work with materials and supplies to gain an understanding of the craft of loom weaving. There will be recommendations from the instructor on how to learn and evolve weaving at home and on your own! This course is a true introduction to the craft, to help you decide what to make in the future. Weaving projects include making wall decor, coasters, amulets, bracelets, placemats, and much more, depending on your interests.
Oh and…..What’s the zen bit? Glad you asked!

Weaving has been an immersive zen experience for me. When life presents challenges from which I need to escape and self-soothe, weaving has been a soulful adventure! I have intuited many ‘lessons about life’ from my weaving journey that I will share with you in the hopes that you will benefit from the joy, creativity, and wisdom that weaving offers. Expect to experience an inspiring class with a playful and positive vibe!

Workshop 16+/All Materials included/ Must pre-register for class/ for beginners
