Artist-Led Exhibition Tour with Aaron Coleman

Join multidisciplinary artist Aaron S. Coleman for a special artist-led tour of Come, Go Back, Child at Plains Art Museum.
Coleman will guide visitors through the exhibition and his recent body of work, which examines the intertwined histories of race, religion, and power in the United States. Through densely layered prints, sculptural assemblages, and mixed-media installations, Coleman explores contemporary Black experiences and confronts systems of white supremacy.
Take a midday break to experience the exhibition with the artist and learn more about the ideas, histories, and creative processes behind the work.
