Calling all artists! The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center is hosting the “Hope Shows” exhibit this October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This show, running October 1 – 18, is a collaboration between Someplace Safe and the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center to bring awareness of the Someplace Safe services available to survivors in our communities. All mediums are accepted into this show as an expression of hope and healing.

Work Drop-off: September 17-27
Exhibition Dates: October 1-18
Closing Reception: October 18
Art can heal. All creative work is welcome.
All arts and crafts will be accepted: painting, drawing, sewing, paper crafts, clay, mixed media, etc. All creative work that people make to express themselves is welcome.
Drop off work at the Cultural Center between September 17-27, or call 218-385-3339 to make other arrangements.
Artists may submit work anonymously if they choose — simply drop off at Someplace Safe in Wadena.
