The Minnesota Art Therapy Licensure Coalition is hitting the road this summer, and Fergus Falls is on the map! Join us on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Riverfront Pavilion (117 S Union Ave, Fergus Falls, MN) for our “Make Art About It” Advocacy Event, an inspiring afternoon of creativity, connection, and community education.

This stop on the Art Therapy Advocacy Tour features Maggie the Art Bus and a dedicated team of registered Minnesota Art Therapists and educators ready to share the power of art therapy through hands-on activities, resources, and advocacy. Families and community members are invited to learn about the benefits of art therapy and how it’s making a difference in addressing mental health needs across the state.

The event is free and open to the public, offering an engaging mix of creative experiences including button-making and a Community Art Mural and opportunities to connect with local mental health professionals and your local and State Representatives.
