Oil Pastel Still Life Adult Art Class
w/ Jona Brown

Saturday, March 21st from 1:30-4:30 PM for Ages 17+

Learn the basics of still life drawing and color with oil pastels in this beginner-friendly class. Instructor Jona Brown will guide students through composition, color mixing, and techniques for shading, highlights, and shadow. Participants will also experiment with blending tools and sgraffito effects to add texture and depth. Students may bring a reference photo or a few simple objects if they wish. No prior experience required.

Instructor: Fergus Falls artist Jona M. Brown, known for her whimsical chicken, butterfly, and kitchen-inspired paintings and storytelling through art.
