Easy Celtic Folk Dance

Thursday, March 12, 2026 7-8:30pm

Join us as Bryan Wyneken coaches a beginner/intro class of traditional Celtic community dances. What better time to learn than before St. Patrick’s Day? The method will be taught by video instructions followed by dance-along videos made at actual community dance (Ceilidh) events. A Ceilidh (pronounced KAY-lee) is a traditional Scottish and Irish social gathering featuring folk music, dancing, and storytelling.) Celtic Folk Dance is an accessible (if you can walk, you can dance") genre, there is great music, it is very family friendly, fun, and steeped in traditions that remain relevant to modern folk dancing.

There is no charge for this event, but attendance is limited. To register or for more information, contact Bryan at:   wynekenb@gmail.com
