Experience an evening of unscripted storytelling at The Hook, a live storytelling event inspired by The Moth (heard on NPR) and The Tell in Fargo.
This month's theme, "Falling," invites eight storytellers to share true, personal stories drawn from their own lives. Audience members are welcome to enjoy the performances or put their own name in the hat for a chance to tell a story live.
The evening also features musical guests Joe and Katie Ahlfs, along with headlining storytellers Cara Cody Braun and Lana Suomala from The Fargo Tell.
Storytellers should be prepared to share a true (or mostly true) story in five minutes or less, without notes, props, or costumes. Stories should be respectful and focused on personal experience.
