Prairie Wind Players invites performers to audition for Neil Simon’s classic comedy, Rumors. Actors of all experience levels are encouraged to audition. The production is seeking a cast of 10 performers (five men and five women), with flexible ages. Character descriptions will be available at auditions or upon request.

Set in an elegant New York townhouse, Rumors follows four couples whose evening spirals into hilarious chaos after the Deputy Mayor is discovered with a self-inflicted flesh wound. Packed with misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and fast-paced comedy, this farce has delighted audiences for decades.
