Make your own Gohei Mochi, a traditional Japanese snack made from mashed rice grilled on a skewer and topped with a rich, savory-sweet sauce. In this fun, hands-on activity, you’ll shape and grill the rice, then finish it with a flavorful sauce made with nuts and miso paste.
