The Phelps Mill Festival is the largest art and craft event in Otter Tail County, featuring fine arts and fine crafts in a historic mill and river setting. The festival includes live entertainment, food vendors, and a Saturday Craft Beer & Wine Tasting (1:00–5:00 PM) to help draw strong afternoon attendance.

Acceptance notifications are mailed in May 2026 (timing depends on when applications are received).
