Position: On-Site Mural Artist Location: 103 E Main Ave, Frazee, MN Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative On-Site Mural Artist to transform our space with a vibrant and engaging mural. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing previous mural work and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams. This role requires the artist to bring their own supplies and equipment to the job site.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client to conceptualize and design the mural that reflects their vision and brand identity.
Execute mural design on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Prepare surface for painting, including priming and cleaning.

Manage project timelines and communicate progress to client and project director. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide ongoing communication and updates to client throughout the project. Responsible for the installation of the mural, including any necessary scaffolding or ladders.

Stay updated on mural trends and techniques, continually enhancing your skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mural artist, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in various painting techniques and styles.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks, including climbing, bending, and lifting. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Requirements:

Must provide own supplies, including paints, brushes, and any necessary equipment. Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and project timelines.
