The Naturalist

Art Project 605 presents The Naturalist, a group exhibition that positions the contemporary artist as naturalist—an attentive observer, witness, and defender of the natural world. Through painting, photography, sculpture, and woodworking, the exhibition explores the interconnected relationships among wildlife, landscape, and human culture.

Featuring work by Sara Jones, Eliza Klarer, Robert Larson, Pamela Sherlock, and Talon Stammen, The Naturalistexamines nature not only as subject matter, but as a source of inquiry, memory, reverence, and celebration. Together, the artists invite viewers to consider their own relationship to the environments that shape and sustain us.
