Plains Art Museum Groundbreaking Celebration

Plains Art Museum celebrates the groundbreaking of their new permanent collection storage facility, marking Phase 1 of the Connections Campaign. The new open storage concept will allow public access to the permanent collection for the first time — a model offered by only 18% of U.S. art museums. The facility is designed by Olson Kundig and will nearly double current storage square footage. Remarks begin at 2pm, followed by a ribbon cutting and reception.
