Hope Shows: A Show About Survival & Hope
Gallery Exhibit: October 1–18 | Reception & Fundraiser for Someplace Safe: October 18, 3–5 PM
In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Cultural Center partners with Someplace Safe to present Hope Shows, a gallery exhibit centering the voices of survivors and highlighting resilience through art. The Gallery is free to see and open to all, thanks to the generous support of members and donors. Donations to Someplace Safe are welcome throughout the show.
Call for Artists, Crafters, & Makers: Individuals of all experience levels are invited to submit works reflecting hope, healing, and survival. Mediums include painting, drawing, sculpture, fiber arts, photography, mixed media, and written works. Submissions are preferred by September 27, but will be accepted through the end of the show.
Exhibit location: New York Mills Regional Cultural Center, 24 N Main Ave, New York Mills, MN 56567
Gallery hours: Tues 10 AM–5 PM, Wed & Thurs 10 AM–7 PM, Fri 10 AM–5 PM, Sat 10 AM–3 PM
Reception: Saturday, October 18, 3–5 PM | Open to all - Fundraiser to support Someplace Safe!
