Artist, Joanna Hallstrom will exhibit 16 oil portraits of Minnesota students who will be living this change. The exhibit is presented with a soundscape of student voices.
The display is a free standing mobile gallery, designed to be set up in public spaces. It requires access to an outlet and overhead lighting. Sound equipment is locked and hidden within the display. Sound is activated by an invisible sensor and will not run unless someone is in the gallery space. The artwork and display are insured for public exhibition.
On Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm Ms. Hallstrom will be at the gallery to talk about her project and painting process.
